Volcanic ulcer

A second year medical student was inspired by cellulove to find the collarations between a gross pathological finding and a phenomenon from nature 😍

Ahmed Rezk : β€œThis is a pathology jar for ulcerating gasteric carcinoma. There is a malignant ulcer in the stomach. This ulcer has everted edges, necrotic floor & fixed base. These features look like a part of the volcano. The ulcer looks like the crater of volcano & the volcanic grooves look like the gasteric folds (Rugae).
